Guaranteed Ride Home Form
ASAP+ will never leave you stranded. When you participate in one of our programs, you are eligible for five free taxi rides home each year in the case of an unexpected event. To sign up or renew your membership, click here. Sign and fax the completed form to 770-357-3740 or drop it by the Commuter Cafe.

**Announcement: If you are CURRENTLY ENROLLED in GRH or would like to enroll, you MUST fill out the new 2010 GRH form. Read the following announcement from Ridesmart:

It’s time to re-enroll in RideSmart’s Guaranteed Ride Home program for 2010! Even if you have already filled out the 2009 form, your current enrollment will expire on December 31, 2009. So that we may provide you with uninterrupted service, please review the participation guidelines and sign the Program Application for 2010 . Please return the application to RideSmart via:

Reminders:

You must receive your Enrollment Confirmation letter from RideSmart before you are eligible to book your first ride of the year. Same day enrollment and request for a ride are not allowed;

Proof of identification and RideSmart-issued authorization code must be provided to the taxi driver or rental car agency at the time of the ride;

GRH eligibility and/or remaining rides are not transferrable to another commuter; and

All personal information updates must be made during normal business hours, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Register to Find a Carpool Partner
Getting to and from the places you need to go shouldn’t take up too much of your limited time. ASAP+ helps get you where you want to go for free! By registering with us, you will receive a free list, by email, of people who live and work near you who are also interested in finding a carpool or vanpool. There is absolutely no obligation: you are not committing to participate in anything by registering. You will also receive up-to-date information and incentives that we will be offering throughout the year.

Add a person to your carpool and get FREE gas!
Did you know that by adding a 3rd or 4th person to your carpool you are eligible for Carpool Rewards? This program provides you with monthly gas cards of $40-$60 just for increasing your carpool--Not only will that provide some relief for the current gas prices, but the extra carpoolers will help cut down the total gas bill!
